Call for papers > General Information

EuroMAC 11 will be an in-person conference, which means that online presentations will not be accepted (see the satellite events section for more information). Proposals can be multi-authored but at least one author per presentation must be in-person for this purpose. Attendance certificates will only be delivered to those who register and attend the conference in-person. Authors may take part in several submitted proposals, but the scientific committee will accept only one presentation (of any modality) per person as the main author.

Any language is welcome in EuroMAC11 but we believe that we need a shared language for homogenizing evaluation and for assuring accessibility to the general program. This means that, if your proposal is accepted, you can present it in the language you will; however, the abstract for assessment must be sent mandatorily in English. Abstracts in other languages will be automatically rejected. To minimize potential evaluation biases due to English proficiency, we will make our reviewers aware about this fact, for avoiding any assessment based on the language quality.
