Call for papers > Presentation modalities

EuroMAC 11 welcomes four modalities of presentations:

1.Regular paper (20 minutes of oral presentation plus 10 minutes for discussion)

2. Preorganized flash session (it gathers 5-8 short oral presentations, up to 10 minutes each plus 30-40 minutes for collective discussion)

3. Workshop (50 minutes, it mandatorily develops active interaction of participants)

4. Poster (they will be shown in the ESMUC main halls, one day will be kept for in-person presentation of the author/s).

In the case of preorganized flash sessions, one of its authors must become also the convenor who will coordinate the full action. EuroMAC 11 will prioritize preorganized flash sessions on the subareas H and I, which are mentioned in the subareas section. In addition, the scientific committee of the conference will consider diversity features during their overall assessment (e.g. gender inclusivity and transnational scope).

We also strongly recommend the poster format for in-progress or partial research results, as it will receive a lighter assessment. In addition, SATMUS plans to offer a prize for the best poster of EuroMAC 11.
