Instructions for posters in EuroMAC 11

• Posters must be printed in ISO A0 format (alternatively, ANSI E format). Both paper and cloth materials are allowed.

• Please include text in a moderate way. Posters are mostly intended to provide visually patterned information about your findings.

• Authors have to print by themselves and hang the poster at ESMUC. EuroMAC 11 will not be responsible for these tasks. If poster authors cannot attend the conference, they may delegate the task to any attendee, but inscription is mandatory.

• Authors will have time to hang the poster at the ESMUC halls on 7 September in the morning, as we will have the poster session the same day after lunch. In this session, poster authors will have specific time for presenting their research to other attendees. We recommend however to stay with us during all the conference for broader interaction with potential interested scholars.

• SATMUS will give a prize for the best poster. Any poster can be a potential recipient with the exception of societal posters. SATMUS will refund the fee inscription of its main or presenting author.
